With a new cycle-based planning and production capability, PAT expands its platform with a powerful tool for everyone working in cycles – whether in laboratory production, plant propagation or any other area with recurring production processes.

At its core, this innovation is built around production and propagation cycles. If you know your future sales or delivery volumes, PAT can calculate exactly how much needs to be started today. Planned target quantities are automatically translated into required production volumes, working backwards from demand, taking cycle times and current stock levels into account.

The new functionality integrates seamlessly into the existing PAT ecosystem and supports:

• Planning: Sales and production planning based on target volumes and defined cycles
• Production: Automatic calculation of start quantities for each cycle, as well as cuttings management, scanning, label printing, and full production registration.
