    Absolutely. PAT Mobile Workspace is platform-independent and runs on all common devices, from smartphones to large tablets. The app is based on .NET MAUI, which ensures broad compatibility. For everyday tasks, any modern device with internet access works seamlessly.
    Can we use barcode scanning with basic mobile devices?
    Yes, and that’s one of the biggest advantages. PAT Mobile Workspace allows scanning directly via the camera of any standard smartphone or tablet, without needing expensive hardware. For intensive scanning workflows, industrial handheld scanners offer the best performance, with Android devices as the next-best option. Windows and iOS devices are fully supported but reach full scanning capability only when used with external scanner hardware.
    What happens if there’s no internet in the greenhouse?
    No connection? No problem. PAT Mobile Workspace includes a robust offline mode for specific functions that allows your team to continue working without interruption. All actions and entries are safely stored on the device and automatically synchronized with the central system as soon as a stable internet connection is restored.
